No there are still 3 eggs so the raccoon was unsuccessful. The female relieved the male, she is slightly larger and he has a displaced/broken feather on his right side showing as a white spot

It's so noisy there I'm surprised eagles picked that spot. Did that Racoon succeed in eating the egg? Hope not..

The larger bird is likely the female, Dad being the one who is being relieved.
